The following text can be used as a template for your declaration of generative AI usage:

The author(s) take full responsibility for the generated content.

Possible purposes include, but are not limited to:

1. language checking (spell-, grammar-, style-checking, clarity of presentation)
2. proofreading
3. generation of visualizations
4. generation of structure
5. literature research and summarization
6. proof generation
7. generation of (parts of) documents (reports, presentations, etc.)

or any suggestions thereof. All fully generated contents (visualizations, proofs, documents) have to be indicated.
